• B. Vehicle & Charging Data: Make and model of your Electric Vehicle (EV), battery capacity, Real-time Charging Session Data (start/end times, energy consumed, voltage levels, and battery health indicators). 

• C. Technical & Location Data: Precise GPS location (to find nearby chargers), IP address, device ID, and app usage statistics collected via cookies and SDKs. 

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA (PURPOSE LIMITATION)

We do not just “collect” data; we use it to add value to your charging experience: 

• Operational Excellence: To initiate charging sessions, process payments, and provide real-time updates on charger availability. 

• Predictive Maintenance: Analyzing charging patterns to ensure our hardware is functional before you arrive at a station. 

• Safety & Optimization: To prevent overcharging or technical faults by monitoring vehicle-to-charger communication. 

• Legal Compliance: For tax invoicing and responding to lawful requests from government authorities. 

4. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We maintain a strict “No-Sale” policy regarding your personal data. Disclosure occurs only under the following “Water-Tight” conditions: 

• Service Providers: We share data with secure third-party partners (e.g., payment gateways, cloud hosting like AWS/Google Cloud) solely to perform their integration functions. 

• Fleet Owners (If Applicable): If you use a corporate/fleet card, charging session data may be shared with your employer/fleet manager. 

• Legal Necessity: If required by law to prevent fraud or protect the safety of our network and users. 

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition by Atlasgate Global Trading Private Limited, your data remains protected under the existing policy until updated.

• Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of your account. Note: We may retain certain data if legally required (e.g., transaction history).
