Technical Operations & Compliance Intern
Job Description:
Join Zoop Charge as a Technical Operations & Compliance Intern and work on deployment
documentation, operational SOPs, infrastructure workflows, and compliance processes for
EV charging systems.
You will collaborate with the core team on charger deployment standards, technical process
mapping, installation workflows, and operational documentation while gaining hands -on
exposure to the EV charging ecosystem.
Ideal for students interested in EV infrastructure, electrical systems, deployment
operations, and clean mobility technology.
Responsibilities:
1. Documentation & SOPs -
- Prepare and maintain Safety Compliance Manuals for EV charging operations.
- Develop Technical Deployment Handbooks for charger installation and execution
processes. - Create Preventive Maintenance SOPs for charging infrastructure upkeep and
operational efficiency. - Design Site Readiness Checklists for deployment assessment and execution
preparedness. - Document Charger Installation Workflows and operational procedures.
- Prepare Electrical & Infrastructure Requirement Documents for charging station
deployment projects.
2. Technical Coordination -
- Research and understand EV charger specifications, deployment processes, and
operational requirements. - Assist in documenting charging station workflows and operational procedures.
- Support the creation of operational process diagrams, workflows, and checklists.
- Research Ministry of Power guidelines, EV charging regulations, and compliance
standards. - Benchmark industry practices followed by EV charging operators and infrastructure
companies. - Structure technical and operational information into clear, professional
documentation formats.
Candidate:
- Pursuing B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics & Communication
- Engineering (ECE/EC), or related technical disciplines.
- Interest in EV infrastructure, charging systems, and technical operations.
- Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical workflows and electrical systems.
- Good communication and structured thinking
