Operations Intern
Job Description:
Join Zoop Charge as an Operations Intern and support the day-to-day operations of our EV charging infrastructure network. In this role, you will assist the operations team in installation coordination, vendor coordination, documentation, tracking charger performance, and supporting smooth execution of operational activities.
You will gain exposure to infrastructure operations, project coordination, installation processes, vendor management, and network operations in the EV charging industry. This role is ideal for candidates interested in operations, project management, logistics, infrastructure, or the electric mobility sector.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating EV charger installations with vendors and technical teams.
- Maintain installation tracker, operations tracker, and service tracker.
- Support coordination with site partners for installation scheduling and operational requirements.
- Help track charger uptime, service issues, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain documentation related to installations, service reports, and operations.
- Assist in inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and equipment movement.
- Support coordination with backend/CMS teams for charger connectivity issues.
- Prepare basic operational reports and tracker updates.
- Support the operations team in day-to-day coordination and execution activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Interest in operations, infrastructure, project coordination, logistics, or EV industry.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation management.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain trackers and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
- Willingness to travel for site visits if required.
- Internship duration: 2–6 months (can be extended based on performance).
- Stipend: As per company policy.
