Operations Executive
Job Description:
Join Zoop Charge as an Operations Executive and support the day-to-day operations of our EV charging infrastructure network. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating charger installations, monitoring charging station performance, managing vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth operational functioning of charging stations.
You will work closely with technical teams, vendors, site partners, and internal teams to ensure charger uptime, service coordination, and operational efficiency across locations. This role requires strong coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and operational management capabilities in a fast-growing EV infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate EV charger installation projects with vendors and technical teams.
- Monitor charging station uptime, performance, and operational issues.
- Coordinate maintenance, service visits, and troubleshooting with service partners.
- Maintain installation and operations tracker for all charging stations.
- Coordinate with site partners for electricity, access, and operational requirements.
- Track charger usage data, reports, and operational performance metrics.
- Support logistics, inventory tracking, and equipment movement.
- Maintain documentation related to installations, service reports, and operations.
- Coordinate with backend/CMS teams for charger connectivity and operational issues.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across charging locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, logistics, infrastructure, or technical coordination roles.
- Experience in EV, energy, telecom, infrastructure, or field operations is preferred.
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operational tasks simultaneously.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project support roles.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation management.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and installations if required.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven working style.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
