Marketing & Growth Executive
Job Description:
Join Zoop Charge as a Marketing & Growth Executive and support the company’s growth through digital marketing, lead generation, brand building, and marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital platforms, running marketing campaigns, generating franchise and business leads, and improving brand visibility.
You will work on website content, social media, performance marketing, lead generation campaigns, and marketing materials to support business development and network expansion. This role requires a combination of marketing, growth strategy, digital campaigns, and content coordination.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in marketing, startups, infrastructure growth, technology products, and the EV ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital marketing activities including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Generate leads for franchise partners, location partners, and charger sales.
- Manage website content updates, landing pages, and marketing content.
- Coordinate creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and banners.
- Support brand building and marketing campaigns for Zoop Charge.
- Track marketing campaigns, leads, and conversion performance.
- Work with the business development team to support lead generation campaigns.
- Manage email campaigns, outreach campaigns, and marketing databases.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support events, partnerships, and marketing collaborations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing coordination roles.
- Experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or startup marketing is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, presentations, and marketing tracking.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest in EV, technology, infrastructure, or startup ecosystem is preferred.
