Customer Success & Support Executive

Job Description:

Join Zoop Charge as a Customer Success & Support Executive and help deliver a smooth and reliable charging experience to EV users across our charging network. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, supporting charging sessions, resolving issues, coordinating with technical and operations teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will play a key role in monitoring charging sessions, handling support calls/messages, tracking complaints, processing refunds if required, and ensuring that customers are able to charge without disruptions. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and coordination with internal teams.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in customer support, operations, EV infrastructure, or technology-enabled services.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to charging sessions, payments, refunds, and app usage.
  • Assist customers in starting and completing charging sessions.
  • Monitor charging stations and sessions and identify operational issues.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to resolve charger faults and connectivity issues.
  • Track customer complaints, issues, and resolution status.
  • Maintain support logs, issue trackers, and customer interaction records.
  • Support payment-related queries and refund processing if required.
  • Provide guidance to customers on using chargers and mobile applications.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth charging experience across the network.
  • Prepare basic reports on customer issues, common complaints, and resolution timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Customer Service, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations support, call center, or service coordination roles.
  • Experience in EV, technology platform, telecom, fintech, or infrastructure services is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and ticketing systems.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Ability to handle customer calls, emails, and support queries.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Ability to maintain trackers and issue logs.
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required (charging network support).
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
